Project-Based Investment Structure

Each property is organized through a dedicated LLC created specifically for that project.Investors participate directly in the LLC that owns the property, providing clear alignment and transparency regarding the specific house being renovated and sold.

This structure allows investors to:

  • Know exactly which property they are invested in

  • Participate in individual projects

  • Maintain project separation between investments

  • Investments may begin from $5,000 and above, depending on project structure.

Throughout the project, investors receive:

  • Weekly progress updates

  • Renovation milestones

  • Timeline tracking
